A moment is a piece in time, a somewhat prolonged instant in our life, minutes or hours, but no more.
Existence consists of moments.
And of course, these moments vary according to the circumstances, there are the sad and the happy, the promising and the frustrating, the ones that give us hope and the ones that take away our spirits.
We can all recognize ourselves in these descriptions.
There are moments when our courage overflows, and others in which routine and daily life overwhelm us.
Moments in which we encourage ourselves to do more than we can, and others, in which we do not feel like doing anything.
Moments to fill them with music and songs, and others to fill them with silence and reflection.
Sometimes the moments become more similar to others, as in a sequence, as in a necklace, and then they become a situation. And we ask ourselves, how long will it last, when will it change, will it continue forever like this?
Life is change.
But there are things that are difficult to change, when there are barriers that arise and prevent us from processing that change.
I think the best way to break down barriers is communication. The dialogue, the intelligent exchange of points of view, ideas, opinions, feelings, but above all, the essentially human encounter.
A moment of good sense and sincerity, from which to build something worthy.
And that - which is totally possible - only requires available state of mind and goodwill.
Let each one think how much he/she has to put of himself/herself, to achieve that moment.
