UN NUEVO COMIENZO - A NEW BEGINNING

Venimos de celebrar jubilosamente la llegada de 2018.

La ocasión es pues más que propicia no ya para establecer propósitos o hacer planes, sino para comenzar a llevar a cabo transformaciones y modificaciones importantes. En otras palabras, establecer un nuevo comienzo de vida.

Varias cosas por tanto, van a cambiar.

Empezando por este mismo blog.

Su título y su propósito permanecerán siendo los mismos. Pero…ya no voy a firmar más como enigma porque a esta altura de las circunstancias, ya no tiene sentido que lo haga.

La mayoría de mis lectores o seguidores por YouTube, Twitter o Facebook saben quién soy, de modo que a partir de hoy firmaré con mi nombre.

Entiendo que el hecho de que aborde diversos temas que importan y que responden a una reflexión genuina y a un sentir honesto, no va en absoluto en desmedro de que se me conozca internacionalmente como experto en el tema de los Fenómenos Aéreos Inusuales.

De modo que pasado y perimido el momento o el escrúpulo de evitar mezclar temas, voy directamente a ser y a hacer todo con la responsabilidad de mi nombre.

También –y aunque sé que me insumirá más tiempo—voy a redactar este blog en inglés y español. Eso me permitirá sustancialmente aumentar la audiencia mundial. Al menos eso espero.

Evaluando la experiencia de grabar videos de los contenidos en el blog y subirlos a YouTube, me he dado cuenta que esa tarea insume tiempo, y el esfuerzo no se ve reflejado en la cantidad de audiencia. De modo que he tomado la decisión de no continuar regularmente con los videos, que de tanto en tanto subiré, abordando específicamente un punto si lo considero apropiado.

Sé que no encaro temas intrascendentes, no uso un lenguaje chabacano, no pierdo tiempo en estupideces, no hago payasadas ni apelo a chistes tontos. Todo eso –de usarlo-- sin duda haría subir los “ratings” de mis videos en YouTube. Pero por mi naturaleza no puedo hacerlo así, ni quiero tener semejante público. 

Mi público es selecto. Ustedes no son del montón, no son cualquier persona. Me honro en ello, les respeto, y por eso, merecen de mí lo mejor.

Así lo haré a lo largo del año y espero que lo aprovechen.

Hagamos juntos, de 2018, un excelente año.

We come from jubilantly celebrate the arrival of 2018.

The occasion is therefore more than propitious not just to establish purposes or make plans, but to begin to carry out important transformations and modifications; in other words, to establish a new beginning of life.

Several things, therefore, will change, starting with this same blog.

Its title and purpose will remain the same. But ... I'm not going to sign any more as enigma because at this point in the circumstances, it does not make sense for me to do so.

Most of my readers or followers on YouTube, Twitter or Facebook know who I am, so starting today I will sign with my name.

I understand that the fact that I deal with various issues that matter and that respond to a genuine reflection and an honest feeling, is not at all to the detriment of being known internationally as an expert in the topic of Unusual Air Phenomena.

So that past and expired the moment or the scruple to avoid mixing subjects, I go directly to be and to do everything with the responsibility of my name.

Also -and although I know it will take more time- I'm going to write this blog in English and Spanish. That will allow me to substantially increase the global audience. At least I hope so.

Evaluating the experience of recording videos of the contents in the blog and uploading them to YouTube, I have realized that this task takes time, and the effort is not reflected in the amount of audience. So I made the decision not to continue regularly with the videos, which I will upload from time to time, specifically addressing a point if I consider it appropriate.

I know that I do not deal with inconsequential topics, I do not use a vulgar language, I do not waste time in stupidities, I do not go clowning around or I appeal to silly jokes. All that – if I used it - would certainly raise the "ratings" of my videos on YouTube. But by my nature I can not do something like that, nor do I want to have such an audience. 

My audience is select. You are not the heap, you are not anyone. I feel honored by that, I respect you, and for that, you deserve the best of me.

This is what I will do throughout the year and I hope you take advantage of it.

Let's do together 2018 an excellent year.
